Working on the Arfordir Byw series of posters
has allowed me the opportunity to
meet some really talented and creative people.
In North Wales, down to Pembrokeshire,
along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset and the
North Sea coast.
Beach artists, 'the' storm chasers, the crazy
night time surfers...the plastic foragers.

just followed the lead of
what I saw and heard.
Some were really massive, smashed
by storms and lost.

On the North Sea coast the sculptures
I was able to make were no less dramatic.
Although the materials I found on the beaches here
I thought reflected a different
coastal environment.
